He has been a long-time advocate for the Paramedic profession and a leading advocate for the training and recognition of the unique aspects of wilderness medicine. The three discuss the origins of the International Board of Specialty Certification upcoming Wilderness Paramedic Certification exam and his personal experience with providing care and preparing for the mission of EMS in wilderness environments.
